We reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality, make changes to flowers if necessary due to market availability. 

* As we can’t control the flower size and colour variance for every shipment, and each of our artisan florist has a different touch of arranging flowers, the actual bouquet you receive will not look 100% the same as picture, but rest assured we will ensure the size, look and feel, and colour theme would meet your expectation.
